  • Ekološko-fitocenološke dvoživke = Eco-phytocoenological amphibians

    In the article problems concerning species thriving on mineral rich fens and on oligotrophic ombrotrophic high bogs of Slovenia are treated. These species are Thynchospora alba, Carex limosa, ... Trichophorum cespitosum. Regarding the principles of dominance it was established that on the territory of Slovenia the species we mentioned cannot be regarded just as a constituent part of minerotrophic communities of classis Scheuchzerio-Caricetea fuscae (Rhynchosporetum albae, Caricetum limosae, Drepanoclado revolventis-Trichophoretum cespitosi), but also as characteristic species of ombrotrophic communities on high bogs (Rhynchosporo albae-Sphagnetum tenelli, Carici limosae-Sphagnetum Ass. nov., Eriophoro-Trichophoretum cespitosi). Although this kind of sinsystematic approach is in contradiction with the general opinion it perfectly reflects the true natural situation.
