  • Lʹéquilibre entre vie professionnelle et vie privée en Slovénie à la lumière de la nouvelle Directive européenne 2019/1158
    Bagari, Sara
The article analyses the Slovenian legal framework regarding paternity leave, parental leave, carer`s leave and flexible working arrangements in the light of the requirements arising from the new EU ... directive on work-life balance for parents and carers (the WLB directive). Slovenian legislation already meets most of the requirements of the WLB directive, however, much less attention has been given to the challenges of work-life balance in the context of the ageing population and the increasing care obligations of workers for their elderly family members in need of care. In addition, there is still scope for improvement in connection to all four key issues addressed in the WLB directive.
