    The author, who mostly engages in degenerative rheumatism, trys to freshen up the old chiropratcic method in modern medicine. Manual medicine supposes a method applied in treatment of generative ... diseases of locomotor apharatus, being used in allorthopedic and rheumatic clinice al over the world. In the first part the author gives analyses of patients findings which are very specific because the spine and locomotive apharatus are taken as one unit. In the second part the author analyses diseases of cervical spine from the point of view of manual medicine and division of syndrome in accordance with location and origin of disease. Finaly the author concludes that the osteopractical therapy is very useful in treatment of degenerative diseases, especialy ones affecting spine.
