In order to create practical examples of cross-cutting skills and make them available for reference by other colleges, the “Survey and Research on Competency Assessment” project was carried out in the two years from 2018 to 2019. From National Institute of Technology (KOSEN), seven colleges were selected as practical colleges, and the project was carried out with the first author as a coordinator. In this paper, we report efforts as a project and practical examples of the practical colleges.
